∙ You can use the Lotte World tickets within 10 days from the date of receipt.

∙ You don't have to visit Lotte World on the day of the tour. 

∙ If you would like to get off at the hotel, please inform the driver on the day of your departure of your desired drop-off location.

∙ A minimum of 3 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

∙ Please arrive at the designated location 5minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

∙ Please make reservations at least 3 days before departure

∙ There is no voucher, and the final confirmation containing tour information will be sent via email (1–3 days before departure)

∙ This tour is for foreigners and is conducted in English

∙ Please provide the pick-up address for your trip. (Pickup and drop-off services are available only in the Seoul area.)

∙ If you don't have a specific pickup/drop-off location in mind, we will depart from in front of Amide Hotel.
