Additional Info

  • Minimum of 1 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 1 day(s) prior to departure.
  • On the second floor, at the ice cream truck, please provide the name of the reservation holder and exchange your voucher.
  • Additional prints cost 1,000 won each.(payment on-site)
  • If you wish to have a photographer shoot, please add it on-site (payment on-site).
  • For any additional inquiries or payments beyond what’s included in the package, please address them on-site.
  • Please provide the expected visitation time when making a reservation.
  • The concept of the photo booth is subject to periodic changes. Please use the photos on the product page for reference only.
  • Please make sure to include your email and intended time of use in the remarks section after booking.
  • The photo studio has a total of 5 photo booths. You can freely take photos in any of the 5 booths.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 3days in advance.

100% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 3days before the selected activity date. Contact HanatourITC customer service for any refunds

* No refund will be provided if any part of the tour is voluntarily skipped while in progress.
